Question 1 of 5
Five honest ratings. Your lowest area becomes the one to protect.
Where is your body right now? Answer honestly. No one sees this but you.
The one to protect
Of the five areas, this is the one you marked lowest. Small moves here matter most. The mirror only points. It never judges.
Inspired by Randy Pausch’s question: are you spending your time on the right things?
Your one move for the week
Pick one, or write your own in your words. Your own words make the stronger promise.

The check-in
Pick a day. Your prompt will tell your AI to ask you then, plainly: did you make your move?
Your check-in prompt

Goals, commitments, what works for you. Saved in this browser only. The packet carries it every week, word for word, so your AI always knows it.

FAQ
Your AI will happily chat about your week for twenty minutes and you will leave with nothing. This site imposes structure: five areas, one answer, one move, one prompt. It is the difference between journaling and being asked a direct question. Your AI also only knows what you have told it, it agrees with you too easily, and it may not reliably follow up unless you give it a time and a clear instruction.
Any chatbot works. The packet is plain text, so there is nothing to install and nothing to connect. It is the same packet no matter what you paste it into. If you want a nudge on your check-in day, there is a calendar reminder button on the prompt screen.
No account, no email, no tracking of who you are. Your answers stay in your own browser. We count anonymous events (started, finished, copied the prompt, came back) so we can tell if the thing works. That is it.
Your AI should ask you: did you make your move? Then come back here and answer honestly, I made it or not yet. Not yet is a real answer, and nothing here shames you for it. Before your day, this page shows your move as a reminder. After you answer, you can start a fresh week.
No. This is a mirror, not a diagnosis and not treatment. If you are struggling, talk to someone you trust or a professional.
